RETURN POLICY

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

ALL RETURNS, CORES AND EXCHANGES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON AND INSIDE THE PACKAGE:

1. Our assigned Return Authorization Number (RA) must be boldly marked on the outside of the package.

2. A copy of our original ORDER FORM must be inside the package.

3. A written reason for the return or exchange must be inside the package.

4. No returns, including cores, will be accepted after 30 days from original ORDER FORM shipping date.

5. Any item returned without a boldly marked RA number will be refused.

6. No package will be accepted that requires a signature, return receipt or certification.

7. No allowance will be given for any item that has been used, altered or damaged in any way.

8. No returns on electrical parts - NO EXCEPTIONS!

9 . No returns on large body parts- NO EXEPTIONS!

10. Individual items of KITS and PACKAGE DEALS cannot be returned.

11. Special order, non-standard and custom parts cannot be returned.

12. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns unless we are in error.

13. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

14. Claims for items damaged in transit must be filed with the carrier.
